Step 1. School Tour
We recommend and encourage all families to visit our school to see us in action! 

Step 2. Submit an Application
Please complete each child's application form and provide the supporting documents.

Applications are accepted throughout the year.

• 1 photo size 3x4 of the student;

• A copy of the student’s birth certificate or A copy of the student’s current passport

• School reports (if any)

Step 3. Pay the Application Fee

We are a year-round program and can accept new enrollments at any time, space permitting. You may put down a one-time non-refundable Application Fee of VND 10,000,000 to guarantee the place for the student. This fee can be paid by cash at the school or by wire bank transfer. Please email a copy of the pay-in-slip to smik.edu@gmail.com and kindly email to notify us.

Step 4. Student Placement Reviews
The Head of School will review all applications. Students are accepted based on their ability to learn and develop in the Montessori environment and on their ability to respond to direction. We attempt to keep a balance of age and gender in the classroom.  

After a successful review, we will notify you and invite your child to visit the school. We generally notify the parents within 3 days of receiving a completed application.

Step 5. Acceptance and Enrollment
Parents need to complete and sign our required documentation, and full payment must be paid before the start of school.
